I am a Registered Nutritional Therapist with both BANT (the British Association for Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine) and the CNHC (the Complementary & Natural Healthcare Commission). Both require therapists to have undertaken an accredited course of study and clinical training as well as continued professional development (a minimum of 30 hours a year). The CNHC register is recognised by the government and it meets the requirements of the Professional Standards Authority.
I gained my diploma in Naturopathic Nutrition from the College of Naturopathic Medicine in London, which involved three years of study including clinical training. The CNM diploma is an NTEC (the Nutritional Therapy Education Commission) accredited course meaning that it adheres to the National Occupational Standards in Nutritional Therapy.
I have a passion for how nutrition can support a healthy lifestyle and see clients for private consultations in Oxfordshire. If you’d like to know more about how nutritional therapy can help you or would like to make an appointment, please do get in touch.
